Kinder Program

We would like to thank you for taking the time to enquire about our services at Torquay Early Learning Centre with its integrated Kinder program.

In 2008 Torquay Christian Fellowship (TCF) with Chris Rowney, as the Senior Pastor at the time, had a vision to serve Torquay’s community beyond the walls of the church with services that meet the community’s needs in a space that is open, large and natural.

In 2013 our non-for-profit Committee run childcare centre opened its doors for the first time and has provided high quality care and education ever since.

In 2014 our service was assessed and rated exceeding in all Quality Areas and has earned its reputation through our genuine desire to support our children to blossom.

Though owned and governed by a local Christian church, children of all faiths, or none, are welcome and we hope your experience of TeLC is rich and rewarding for your entire family.
