๐ซNo traffic access to Grossmans Rd from Surf Coast Hwy from Monday 22 April.
As part of the development works on the corner of Surf Coast Hwy and Grossmans Rd, Bild Group will be undertaking roadworks in this area.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฌ๐ ๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ง ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฌ:
๐Starting Monday 22 April, for around 4-6 weeks, the traffic lanes closest to the development site (Grossmans Rd west-bound and Surf Coast Hwy north-bound left lane only) will be closed.
๐This means traffic will not be able to enter Grossmans Rd from Surf Coast Hwy or Darian Rd.
๐Signage with detours will be in place directing traffic to use either Beach Rd/Eton Rd or Coombes Rd/Messmate Rd to access the childrenโs hub and schools on Grossmans Rd.
๐Traffic will still be able to access the Surf Coast Hwy and Darian Rd from Grossmans Rd (coming out of the school and childrenโs hub precinct) as normal.
๐The Surf Coast Highway (north-bound) will remain open in a single lane under traffic control.
๐The Bild Group has notified school bus services of these temporary changes.

๐ถโโ๏ธPedestrian access will still be maintained on Grossman Rd, however people are being directed to use the path on the opposite side of the road to the development site (out the front of Tropicana Motel).
